SMAREG 4 – Wartburg storage

We built one of the largest battery storage facilities in Europe in Eisenach (Thuringia). SMAREG4 has a total capacity of 67 MWh and an output of 60 MW. The storage system is mainly used for PRL (primary control power) and VNE (avoided grid charges).
