Our application process

Upload your CV and relevant certificates to our system and apply directly for the position you’ve selected. Of course, we handle your data in full compliance with GDPR.  

Our recruiters review your application based on the job requirements and your qualifications. If everything aligns, we will invite you to a first interview.   

In the first interview with someone from your field, we want to give you the opportunity to get to know us, our values, and our vision better, and of course we would also like to learn more about you.

If the famous “cultural fit” is there on both sides, we’ll invite you to a second interview.

In the second interview, it’s time to meet your manager and a member of the People and Organization team. If possible, we’ll invite you to our office in Aschheim so you can get a firsthand look at the team and see your potential workplace. We usually make a decision after the second interview. Depending on the role, there may be another interview with the management team or other stakeholders.

If both you and we feel confident after the interviews, we will send you a contract offer. 
Once the signed contract is returned to us, we begin preparing everything for your start with us.
